Instagram & Facebook (Meta integration)

Get more reservations directly from your social media by adding the Book button on Instagram & Facebook. This button will direct guests straight to the reservation frame:

 

Activate Reserve with Meta:

1. Navigate to integrations via the Administration menu
2. Look for Instagram & Facebook and choose Open integration 
   
3. Click "Connect Instagram & Facebook"
   
4. Confirm the Facebook profile used for managing your business and click next
   
5. Confirm to the intermediary Mozrest that you want to continue with this profile by clicking next
   
6. Confirm the connection by clicking next
   
7. Confirm all retrieved data by clicking Continue
   
8. Confirm that Mozrest may manage the extension by clicking next
   
9. Wait for processing
   
10. Click Done
    
11. ⚠️ You can simply close the next page that asks you to log in to Mozerest!

Beware:

If the connection fails:

• Check if 2FA is active: https://www.facebook.com/help/148233965247823   
• Check if the account you're using is owner of the Facebook page. Take into account that having full rights of the FaceBook page is not enough. The user also needs a linked Instagram account. Full permissions as sole owner on FaceBook is not enough.
• It is possible that one user created the FaceBook account and has full rights, but another user has the full/sole rights and ownership of Meta. This will make it not work either.
