When you have activated the integration with the Mollie payment platform, you can find payments such as deposits/advance payments, payments for collection, or payments for gift vouchers in RestoManager.
Payments:
Navigate to administration -> online payments.
Here you will find the following information fields: date, status, guest-email, mollie ID, Payment type and total amount.
You can search on all these fields.
You can filter by from - and to.
The statuses can be:
Open - The guest is in the checkout of the payment
Paid - these funds have been received
Refunded - these funds have been transferred back
Cancelled - these funds have not been received
Expired - the guest waited too long - these funds have not been received
Refund
- Click on a payment line
- In the following screen you will find the "refund" button at the bottom right.
- Click and confirm.
Requests
Above the payments page you will find "requests".
Here you will find two statuses:
Paid: these funds have been received
Pending: No payment has been made yet, the chosen payment term has not yet expired
A payment request is created from a reservation.
Settings
Here you can disconnect your Mollie account.
