In the Modules page, you will find the default general settings for your RestoManager. If a setting is not made elsewhere, this is the "fallback".
Below is an overview of the settings you can configure here:
Reservations:
- Reservation view: Choose the default view of the reservation list: Visual table plan, timeline or list
- Information message on the reservation page: This message is shown above the reservation widget. Read here (click) more about (info) messages.
- Policy / disclaimer message: Guests must accept this policy before they can complete their reservation. Links are supported. Leave empty to disable.
- Average timespan of a reservation: Here you can set the average duration of a reservation. Optionally, you can set durations per group size to override the default duration; all other group sizes use the default duration above.
- Reservation options per hour: This is the division of the timeline in the reservation widget. (For example: 4 options means blocks of 15 minutes)
- Months a guest can reserve in advance: The number of months in advance a customer can view and make a reservation.
- Hours in advance that a gues may reserve: Maximum number of hours in advance that a customer can make a reservation.
- Person options per reservation: These are the person options that the guest sees when making a reservation.
- Confirmation required from: Here you can set from how many people you must manually give a confirmation.
- Guest must reconfirm from... hours before the reservation: If you want to be sure that the guest is still coming, you can set here from how many people a reconfirmation is required.
- Hours for the reminder email: Number of hours in advance when the reminder email is sent. (Unless a guest makes a reservation within this period)
- Minutes before cancellation: The number of minutes in advance that the guest can cancel.
- Referral on closed days: when you are closed, you can redirect guests to another venue.
- Waiting list active: If this is enabled, guests can sign up on the waiting list.
- Automatically confirm waiting list reservations (only if waiting list active): When a reservation is cancelled, the system automatically confirms the first waiting list reservation if a spot becomes available.

Zone settings:
Allow guests to choose a preferred zone in the reservation widget.
Hide the "Surprise me" option in zone choice in the reservation widget.
Display all zones listed in the floor plan.
Automatic table assignment
Show the visual table plan also on mobile phone (recommended: OFF).

Communication settings
Allow guests to modify their reservation afterwards via their confirmation email.
Send a confirmation SMS to the guest.
Show the end time of the reservation to the guest

Colours of reservations per status: read here (click) more about the configuration of colours of reservations.
Gift vouchers:
- Amounts from which the guest can purchase a gift voucher: These are the amounts for which the guest can buy a gift voucher. (Separated by an enter)
- Allow guest to choose amount themselves: This allows the guest to choose an amount themselves.
- Gift voucher may expire: In some countries, a gift voucher is not allowed to expire. (e.g. Netherlands)
- Validity of the gift card (in months): This is the number of months that a gift voucher is valid.
- Guest pays administration fee: This is exclusive of provider fees (e.g. Mollie), which you always pay.

Request gift voucher ID at time of reservation: No If this is enabled, the gift voucher is requested at the reservation.
- Extra gift voucher types: here you can configure internal & external types of gift vouchers (e.g. Bongobon) - and the amount of these accepted + exclusions for specific dates.
Orders
- Play sound on new orders

Review settings
- Reviews active: If you disable this, no reviews will be shown anymore.
- Forward reviews: Here you can set from which reviews you forward these to another platform
- Review URL: The URL where the reviews are sent. This can be a Google review link or others. View tutorial here.
