How do I exceptionally adjust a shift for one day only? (override)

An event or by exception opening later or closing earlier? Do you want to adjust or "override" a shift on a specific date because you want to be open longer or shorter than usual?

Follow these steps:

1. Navigate via "opening hours" to "shifts for reservations"
2. Go to the desired date and click on the pencil icon that appears when you hover your mouse over the shift.
3. You will now have the choice between "edit default shift" or "override for the selected date only". Choose the second option.
4. Adjust the shift settings for the specific date and save.
5. You will now see that this shift is marked with "override".

⚠️ If you will exceptionally be open earlier or later, do not forget to set the corresponding (exceptional) opening hours. You can read here (click) how to set these.

👉 If you wish to undo the override, simply click on the trash bin icon.
