Want to send newsletters from your own email address (e.g., newsletter@yourrestaurantname.com)? Follow these steps:

Step 1: Set up your email address

1. Go to the newsletter module: Open the newsletter module

2. Add the email address you want to send from.

👉 After adding it, a table with DNS records will appear.
⚠️ Note: Sending newsletters won’t work yet at this stage!

The table will look like this:

Step 2: Add DNS records

Depending on who manages your domain name, follow one of the two options below:

Option A: Someone else manages your domain name

1. Copy the entire table with DNS records.

2. Send it to the person or provider who manages your website and domain.

3. Ask them to add the TXT and CNAME records.

4. Wait a bit (usually a few minutes, maximum 48 hours).

5. Once done, click on “Check DNS records” (big purple button) in RestoManager.

Option B: You manage your own domain name

1. Add the DNS records yourself via your domain host’s admin panel.

2. Refer to one of the following guides:

• One.com 

• GoDaddy 

• Combell 

3. After that, click “Check DNS records” in RestoManager.

✅ Once the DNS records are correctly added and verified, your email address is confirmed and you can send newsletters via RestoManager.
