Google Reviews

By connecting to your Google business profile, we can establish a two-way connection:

On the one hand, we synchronise all Google reviews to RestoManager so that you not only get a clear overview of existing reviews, but can also respond to them.

On the other hand, we facilitate automatically sending positive reviews (4-5 stars) to Google.

Synchronising with Google:

1. Navigate via Administration -> connections to "Google Reviews"

2. Select Open connection and then connect with Google

3. Choose your Google account that manages your business profile and select "allow"

From now on, you will find all reviews from Google also in RestoManager via the Reviews screen.

Responding

If you want to thank a guest for the lovely review, you don’t need to go to Google;

• Click on the review
• Write your message
• Click "send"

Your message has now been added to the review on Google:

Receiving reviews

Once you have activated the connection with Google, you can also guide guests who intend to leave positive reviews towards Google.

• Navigate via modules to reviews
• Activate this function and choose the review rating.
• Retrieve the review URL via the "Retrieve via Google" button
